1. Brokerage & Payment Terms

Brokerage amount is payable as per the Fortune Finder Real Estate approved price list.

The initial payment, as per the company-approved price list, is due within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the MOU.

The Agreement of Sale will be executed only after the down payment is fully realized.
-
For customers availing bank loans, all required documents must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the booking date.
-
For bookings made after the project has commenced, the prevailing terms and conditions at that time will apply.
2. Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellation, the refund will be processed based on the following conditions:

At the blocking stage (after receiving the initial amount), a 2% cancellation charge of the total sales price will be deducted.

If any portion of the total amount is received, 2% of the total sale price will be deducted as cancellation charges.

Payments made toward modifications, additions, or interiors will not be refunded.

Refund of the remaining balance will be processed only after the cancelled property is resold to another purchaser and the new client’s payment up to that point has been realized.
3. Transfer of Ownership

Transferring the property to another name after executing the Agreement to Sell will incur a 2% transfer charge based on the total sale price.

Assignment or transfer of interest by the applicant without prior written approval from Fortune Finder Real Estate is null and void.
4. Delay in Payment
-
For delayed payments, 15% p.a. interest will be charged from the due date until the amount is fully realized. Interest will be adjusted before applying payments toward the principal.

A delay of two or more consecutive installments gives the company the right to cancel the Agreement to Sell and re-allot the property to another purchaser, as per the cancellation policy.
5. Housing Loan & Bank Delays

If housing loan sanction is delayed by more than 15 days from the booking date, the company may suggest an alternative bank.

If the applicant is unable to obtain a housing loan and cannot follow the payment schedule, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking as per the cancellation terms.
6. Company Rights

Fortune Finder Real Estate reserves the right of first purchase if the applicant chooses to sell the property before project completion.

The company may modify, update, or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Emails sent from the company’s official email ID are considered official documents for all purposes.
-
Any change in booking form details will incur a charge of AED 1000.
-
All clauses mentioned in the Sales Agreement/MOU override any conflicting terms listed here.
-
Booking is considered valid only with management approval.
7. Booking Errors & Support

If booking details do not appear on screen after payment, customers must:

Check unit availability,

Email the booking history to dubaifortunefinder@gmail.com,

Check their email for booking confirmation,
-
Contact Fortune Finder Real Estate before attempting to rebook the unit.

Privacy Policy – Payments & Refunds
-
If the amount is debited from the customer’s account but booking confirmation is not issued, Fortune Finder Real Estate will refund the full amount electronically to the same card or bank account used during payment (excluding bank/card transaction charges).

Refund accuracy or timeliness is not guaranteed, as third-party financial institutions handle processing.

The payment reconciliation team works Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM.

In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed within 75 days at the discretion of Fortune Finder Real Estate.
Legal Jurisdiction
-
Any disputes arising from this transaction are subject exclusively to the courts of Bangalore.
